How customers opt in

Customers opt in on the Contractor Stack LLC (TradeFlow AI) web form at https://tradeflow-customer-compass.lovable.app/opt-out#opt-in by entering their mobile number and checking an unchecked-by-default consent box that names Contractor Stack LLC as the only sender. Consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and covers only Contractor Stack LLC; it is never shared with or extended to affiliates or other companies. Each opt-in is recorded with the number, timestamp and wording shown. Customers can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Opt-in form (as shown to customers)

1. To stop all texts — reply STOP

Reply with any one of these words on their own. It works from the same number you received the text on.

Your number is marked opted out straight away. Any follow-up text that was still waiting in line is cancelled and never sent. You'll get one final confirmation:

TradeFlow AI: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

2. To start again — reply START

Changed your mind? Reply with any of these and the contractor can text you again.

You'll get this confirmation:

TradeFlow AI: You are resubscribed to texts. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

3. To ask what the texts are about — reply HELP

Reply with either word and you'll get a short reply explaining how to unsubscribe.

The reply reads:

TradeFlow AI by Contractor Stack LLC: service texts. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Help: info@contractor-stack.com. Reply STOP to opt out.

Message and data rates may apply — your carrier's normal rates still count.

4. To be removed by email

Email info@contractor-stack.com with the phone number you want removed and the contractor's name. Contractor Stack LLC, the company that runs TradeFlow AI, will record the request and tell that contractor to delete your number. We can also confirm which contractor gave us your number if you're not sure.

What happens after you opt out

• No more automated texts from that contractor's follow-up or review requests.
• Messages already queued for them are blocked before they go out.
• The contractor can still reach you by phone or email if you contact them first.
• Opt-out records are kept so a future mistake can be spotted — see our privacy policy.
